Cooperation Process
Standardized cooperation process ensures smooth project delivery
Step 1: Requirements Communication
Initial communication to understand the client's business background, technical status, and specific needs. Through face-to-face meetings or video conferences, deeply explore project goals, scope, and expected outcomes.
Step 2: Capability Assessment
Based on client needs, assess whether we have the corresponding capabilities and resources. If the project exceeds our capabilities, we will honestly inform and provide recommendations. We only accept projects we are confident in delivering.
Step 3: Solution Design
After confirming cooperation intent, we will provide detailed solution design, including technical architecture, functional modules, timeline, and resource investment. Clients can propose modifications until the plan fully meets their needs.
Step 4: Contract Signing
After both parties confirm the plan, sign a formal service contract. The contract includes project scope, delivery standards, milestones, fee structure, confidentiality clauses, etc., ensuring both parties' rights are protected.
Step 5: Development & Deployment
Develop according to the agreed plan and schedule. We regularly report progress to clients, who can check project status at any time. After development completion, perform system deployment and testing.
Step 6: Delivery & Training
After the system passes testing, conduct formal delivery. We provide complete delivery documentation and usage training to ensure the client's team can proficiently use and maintain the system.
Step 7: Ongoing Support
Provide continuous operations and technical support services after delivery. Depending on the contract, this can be free support during the warranty period or long-term paid operations services. We are always responsible to our clients.
