Delivery Standards
Each project has clear delivery standards, including functional completeness, performance metrics, security compliance, etc. We define delivery standards with clients before project start and strictly control quality throughout development.
Acceptance Process
Conduct comprehensive acceptance testing before delivery, including functional testing, performance testing, security testing, compatibility testing, etc. Clients can participate in the acceptance process to ensure delivered systems meet expectations.
Documentation Delivery
Complete delivery documentation includes system architecture documents, API documentation, user manuals, operations manuals, etc., ensuring client teams can understand, use, and maintain the system.
Source Code Delivery
Provide complete source code and database design at project delivery. Clients have full ownership of the code (unless otherwise agreed). We don't retain any backdoors or access permissions.
Warranty Period
Each project provides warranty service (usually 3-6 months). During warranty, bugs caused by code quality issues are fixed free of charge. This doesn't include new feature development or requirement changes.
Knowledge Transfer
Conduct knowledge transfer training after delivery to help client teams quickly get up to speed. Training includes system operation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, etc., ensuring clients can independently manage the system.
